Menstrual Cycle

A cycle is from the first day of the menstrual period to the day before the next period. The number of days in a cycle may vary, anything from 19 days, 29 days to 49 days. Irrespective how long or short the cycle is, the Billings Ovulation Method with proper training can be used throughout a woman's reproductive life.

B.O.M. can be used to:

Achieve Pregnancy
Postpone Pregnancy

B.O.M. can be used while:

Coming off the Pill
Breast-Feeding
Pre-Menopause
