Billings Method Procedure
Charting / Recording Findings

During your initial consultation you will be supplied with all the necessary material needed for recording including charts and stamps.
You will be taught how to accurately observe the colour, consistency and sensation of the mucus and record your findings on a chart using coloured stamps. Your teacher will check-up on your chart during the follow up session, to ensure observations are being recorded accurately and to help you interpret these signs.
